Smolt Migration Timing for the Runs at Large

Tabular data includes real-time passage index, collection count, sample count, mortalities, descaling and sampling comments. Graphs include real-time passage index versus river flow. As the batches span two calendar days the enddate is used for the sample date. River flow in the SMP data is calculated for the exact sampling hours. Table of rearing dispositions possible by site/year/species.

2013 - Year Query: Returns passage index data, collection count, sample count, mortailities, descaling, mortality and sampling comments.

2013 - Year Graph: Returns passage index vs. river flow graphs for mainstem dams, and collection count vs. river flow graphs for upriver traps.

Historical Query: Returns passage index data, collection count, sample count, mortailities, descaling, mortality and sampling comments for the years 1985 to 2012.

Historical Graph: Returns passage index vs. river flow graphs for mainstem dams, and collection count vs. river flow graphs for upriver traps for the years 1985 to 2012.

Cumulative PI Graphs include average run timing for past ten years for Yearling Chinook, Subyearling Chinook, Steelhead and Sockeye (LGR only) at Bonneville, McNary, Rock Island and Lower Granite Dams.
