Facility mortalities are non-sample mortalities observed at the project which occurred in the system and transportation raceways. (Facility Mortalities are compared to Collection Count.)
Sample mortalities are defined as those mortalities that are found in the sample tank which have occurred since the last time the sample tank was examined, or mortalities directly caused by SMP staff. (Sample Mortalities are compared to Sample Count.)
Total Project Mortalities includes Facility, Sample, SMP PIT Tag and Research. SMP PIT Tag mortalities are those caused by SMP staff during SMP PIT tagging procedures. Research mortalities are caused by non-SMP staff. (Total Project Mortality are compared to Collection Count.)
Weekly SMP Mortality Report includes daily sample count, sample morts, sample mort percent and facility mort data for the past 7 days.
Weekly SMP Mortality Query and Graph includes daily sample count, sample morts, sample mort percent, tag morts, research morts, facility morts and total mortality data for the past 7 days. Graphs the last seven days worth of mortality data by site and species.
