Detailed Fish Condition Graph Descriptions
Graph axis Description X axis Day_1 through Day_7. The days of the week used in the graph. Day_1 is labeled with the beginning day and Day_7 is labeled with the ending date of the graph. Graphs are only created for 7 days worth of data. Left Y axis Total number of injuries by injury type. The total number of injuries by each type of injury are totaled and graphed in a stacked by graph using a color for each injury type. The injury data are summarized by site, species and date. Right Y axis Number of fish injured for the selected species, site, and date. Note: a fish with multiple injuries is only counted once in this total. These data are graphed in a line. The zero on the right axis appears in the center of the graph, separating the stacked bar and the line graphs.
Detailed Fish Condition Table Fieldnames and Descriptions
Fieldname (field name in .csv table) Description Site (site) Fish condition sampling site (see the following table). Fish condition data are a sub-sample of the sample data collected at SMP site locations. Date (datadate) Date fish condition sub-sample collected. Batch (batch) The name of the day's sample. It is the end date of the sample in the format of yyddd. yy is the year and ddd is the day of the year. NA refers to days with no sample data. Species (species) Species of fish includes: CH0 - Chinook sub-yearling; CH1 - Chinook yearling; ST - Steelhead; CO - Coho; and SO - Sockeye. Eye Injuries (eyeinj) Total number of eye injuries for the selected species, site, and date. Operculum Injuries (opercinj) Total number of operculum injuries for the selected species, site, and date. Body Injuries (bodyinj) Total number of body injuries for the selected species, site, and date. Fin Injuries (fininj) Total number of fin injuries for the selected species, site, and date. Head Injuries (headinj) Total number of head injuries for the selected species, site, and date. Fish Injuries (fishinj) Total number of fish with injuries for the selected species, site, and date. Note: a fish with multiple injuries is only counted once in this total. Number of fish sampled (numsamp) Number of fish by species within the daily site sub-sample of fish condition data.
