Description:
Abstract: Anadromous salmonid Gas Bubble Trauma data for Lower Granite Dam, Little Goose Dam,
Lower Monumental Dam, Ice Harbor Dam - Snake River Basin and Rock Island Dam, McNary Dam,
John Day Dam, Bonneville Dam - Columbia River Basin. Complete and final from 1996-2000.
Purpose: This dataset was created to provide timely Gas Bubble Trauma Monitoring data to the
fisheries agencies and tribes of the Columbia/Snake River Basin during fish migration season.
The Fish Passage Center provides a weekly report during migration season which details the GBT
monitoring data of the previous two weeks using this dataset.
Supplemental_Information:
Procedures_Used: These data were acquired directly from state and federal agency personnel sampling
those sites. Data was transferred via electronic data file and added to SQL database at
FPC. From original FPC archive files sql1.dbo.fpc.tbl_gbt_96_98 and sql1.dbo.fpc.gbtsum the data
were summarized for web into sql1.dbo.fpc.gbtwebsum2.
